Jonathon Webley

Managing Director

I started working in IT recruitment in 2001. After a number of successful years with large agencies I founded Agile Recruit in January 2014 to provide specialist data recruitment services.

I’m naturally helpful and good at strategic problem-solving, so recruitment in general, and especially the sector we operate in where pegs are seldom round or square, suits me down to the ground.

Jason Horwood

Having started in recruitment in 1999, I have worked almost entirely in the IT and emerging technologies space in all major industries, including defense and security. I have a real passion for IT Service Management through a reliable and trustworthy network.

I believe honesty is everything in recruitment, and truly understand that the right fit is much more important than the right salary.

I started working in Recruitment in 1984, and IT Recruitment in 1986, so you could say I have seen a lot. I have recruited for both Perm and Contract roles, from 1st line Support through to CTO and other “C” suite roles. I have staffed teams and individuals and I have worked across a number of business arenas.

I love what I do as a career and get a real enjoyment out of helping candidates and clients match to their perfect opportunities. I am a great believer in building relationships, and I have been dealing with a number of clients for over 20 years.

I have been working and specialising in IT recruitment for over ten years, and have gained a broad knowledge encompassing many business sectors. I like to think that I’m efficient and have enough experience to solve problems in recruitment. There’s always something new to learn in technology and the jobs are more multi-disciplined now than ever before which also presents new challenges and opportunities.

I enjoy being the person in the middle trying to find the best matches for both sides and I find it hugely rewarding to help people progress their careers.

Shannell Anderson

I have been in Technology Recruitment since summer 2021, joining Agile Recruit in September 2022. I specialise in recruiting Technical Architects, Solution Architects, Data Architects and Enterprise Architects on both a permanent and contract basis.

I enjoy the day-to-day life of being a recruitment consultant because helping candidates with their next strategic career steps can be extremely rewarding. I also like that in this industry there is always something new to learn so that is always keeping us consultants on our feet.

I am a great communicator who creates and maintains positive relationships with both clients and candidates, and I pride myself for my strong work ethic.
