Due to continued success and expansion we have an exciting opening for an Account Manager who is passionate about helping people get the most from technology.

This role will find you meeting clients, running workshops and scoping requirements, to configuring solutions and overseeing go-live and providing customer training and clear guidance on an on-going basis.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager

  • Product Consultancy, understanding requirements and providing software demo's
  • Pre-sales support with the Account Managers
  • Business Analysis and documentation
  • Job scheduling and task management
  • Developing the solutions, managing expectations with constant communications
  • To learn industry legislation, standards and principles
  • Training and documentation
  • Be honest with customers and manage expectations and be a go to person for technical issues

Key skills required for the Account Manager position

  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of software implementation process
  • Great communication skills
  • Diary management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of business analysis documentation and business processes and workflows
  • Strong team player
  • Driving license, wiling to travel and do overnight stays if needed

An IT related degree or qualification preferred.
