Job description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Modeller to join a leading provider of data consultancy services.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business requirements to develop data models
- Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Work with stakeholders to review and validate data models
- Implement data models in database management systems (DBMS)
- Document and maintain data models
- Troubleshoot and optimize data models
- Keep up-to-date with the latest data modeling techniques and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data modeling
- Experience with relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases
- Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin and Oracle SQL Developer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices
- Experience with database design and implementation
- Experience with SQL and other database query languages
- Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin and Oracle SQL Developer
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
