Leading Data Consultancy
This is an exciting strategic role, working with a leading UK data and cloud consultancy in which you will be a SME for data quality management, contributing towards the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
Person specification

Understand a comprehensive set of data policies and quality standards within a highly regulated business environment.

Consult with data owners, data stewards and other stakeholders to drive and measure adoption of data standards.

Ensure that any tools recommended will be fit for purpose and will be of an appropriate architectural fit

Work collaboratively with programme colleagues and delivery partners across government departments to ensure that data quality standards are fully integrated into the design and delivery of our releases.

Support the programme in improving and reporting on data quality as well as defining and implementing new controls and performance metrics.

Work with the team to set goals and proactively track progress against milestones and activities.
What's required for the job

Experience of working in Data Management including Data Governance and Data Quality.

Demonstrating excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); including at senior levels, with the ability to speak with confidence, challenge where needed and negotiate effectively.

Ability to build and foster close relationships with numerous stakeholders, establishing links and opportunities across business areas and beyond.

A good understanding of MDM, data standards and frameworks.
