1st and 2nd Line Support
9 – 5pm, office based
SW London, Slough, Kingston-upon-Thames

This IT Support role will find you directly supporting a global team of business users in the media sector. It’s a chance to join a very stable, dynamic and sporty business at their plush Chiswick offices.

General responsibilities for the IT Support Engineer
 

  • Monitor the Helpdesk system for inbound issues & ensure all issues are logged and documented
  • Provide daily support on Microsoft 365 and Windows, take part in upgrade projects 
  • Learn to follow information security protocols
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
  •  Willingness to recognize and recommend changes to support procedures and user guidance as part of ongoing improvement
  • Opportunity to support different locations
Skills that you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in a level one or two IT support role
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory & Microsoft O365 Admin, including user account administration
  • Remote access and VPN Configuration and Administration
  • Some experience with macOS, and iOS platforms would be useful
  • The ability to set up and support mobile devices and desktop telecommunications
