Junior Account Manager
Role Overview:

Agile Recruit is currently looking for an enthusiastic and Junior Account Manager to help our client support their expanding client base through incident resolution, system delivery and user training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver online service and product support to existing clients in line with service agreements
  • Ensure client incidents logged accurately within the ticketing system
  • Identify and escalate priority issues through to line management
  • Assist with configuring new client systems for deployment within agreed delivery timelines
  • Conduct user acceptance testing, issue snagging and provide product feedback
  • Conduct regular reviews of client systems to ensure system productivity and identify workflow issues
  • Reviewing and updating client accreditation data where necessary
  • Management of printing assets and related peripherals stocks
  • Maintain the Accredit product knowledge-base with regular system guides and videos
  • Work alongside the Accredit Product Development team analyse and resolve incidents
  • Maintain company SLAs and personal KPIs

Skills and Experience

  • One year + experience in technical customer support, ideally within a SaaS B2B structure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate issues, technical or non-technical
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage your schedules and workload within a collaborative team framework
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (XLS and CSV files)
  • A keen learner with interest in cloud software
  • Interest or knowledge of SQL or HTML
