We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect to join our team. As a Lead Data Architect, you will be responsible for owning the architecture and shaping the data Target Operating Model within a regulated environment. Your role will involve leading the architecture and delivery of data platforms, data quality, data modelling, master data management (MDM), reference data, and other related initiatives. This is a permanent, full-time position for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, Azure, and cloud delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Own the data architecture and shape the data Target Operating Model within a regulated environment
• Lead the architecture and delivery of data platforms, data quality, data modelling, MDM, reference data, and related initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive the implementation of data governance frameworks and standards
• Evaluate and recommend data technologies, tools, and approaches to meet project requirements
• · Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and own documentation within a regulated environment
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data architecture team
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and related domains

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Data Architect or similar role
• Holistic experience with Azure, including the design and delivery of data platforms
• Strong expertise in data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modelling, MDM, and reference data
• Proven track record of successfully leading data architecture and delivery projects
• Familiarity with cloud delivery methodologies and best practices
• Experience in a regulated environment, including ownership of documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
