Data Engineer – Perm – £90k + bonus + bens  –  remote

Are you looking for a new role within Data Engineering?  We are looking for a number of Consultants who have proven work experience as a Data Engineer, either in an end user or consultancy environment. 

You must have proven experience in the following technologies Databricks, Azure Data Factory and Azure IAM, Azure Devops, Python, Spark, PySpark, Azure Synapse Analytics. 

Hands-on experience with SQL, version control systems, data orchestration tools, various data storage types, databases  and integration tools

Experience in leading, designing and implementing cloud data strategies, hands-on experience with big data application development and cloud data warehousing.??????????????

Any experience in AWS or GCP is a plus.
 
Key Responsibilities
You will be leading a team of Data Engineers, and serve as a domain expert and be the technical go-to person for the team. 
You will be expected to communicate complex data engineering solutions to business teams, clients and stakeholders at all levels.

You will lead the implementation of data engineering projects and be comfortable working as part of a data specialist team to deliver quality service to engagement client

Your role will also encomapss communicating with key stakeholders to define data requirements to support business issues/queries, including collecting, analysing, interpreting and translating the result to non-technical stakeholders and be  expected to design data engineering solutions based on business requirements.

You must be eligable to hold SC Clearance, or already be SC Cleared.
