Project Manager Job Profile

A Project Manager is a person who oversees different projects within a business, monitoring their progress and completion, while ensuring they meet the client’s expectations. They don’t usually get involved in the hands-on tasks involved in the project but they should possess some degree of knowledge of the areas involved. 

Project Managers will work closely with all team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track.

Project Manager Job Requirements

To be a successful Project Manager you need

A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field

Project Management Professional Certification would be useful

Proven experience in project management

A strong understanding of formal project management methodologies

Experience in Cloud or Data Projects

The ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion

Budget management experience
