Project Manager, Change Management

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the overall project management of our client's critical project, engaging and coordinating the various functional leads across Sales, Legal, Finance and IT depts.

You will be expected to partner with the business stakeholders, develop and drive the business change management plan in line with the phased technical delivery – including communication plan and training with all appropriate documentations, manage project timelines and proactively manage key risks and blockers

You will also ensure scope of delivery is clearly agreed & understood for each delivery phase by project teams (Stakeholders, SAP team and Stadium system team (BA and 3rd party) ) and the technical delivery meets this, engage and challenge project functional leads to ensure timelines are met for requirements gathering, work closely with the Stadium system team and SAP team to track progress against estimates

Ensure timely status report are completed for all areas of the project, updating senior stakeholders with progress, risks, issues and actions
Lead the monthly Steerco

Drive adherence to the project governance requirements, ensuring appropriate stakeholder and Steerco sign-off for requirements, scope changes etc.

DIRECT EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVE)
You will have a proven track record of working on Change/Transformation projects impacting both IT and Business with hands on experience of developing and executing the full E-2-E project delivery plan

Experience managing end-to-end global technology projects, in particular application/software development with ability to understand requirements and the business process impacts & changes as well as ability to be contribute to technical solution design discussions

Extensive stakeholder management capabilities to communicate effectively with internal key resources so that senior executives, technology and business leaders as well as impacted employees feel as though they have adequate knowledge of scope and schedule milestones, progress updates and what is required of them.

Extensive project management experience creating effective project processes for end-to-end program delivery, addressing difficult conversations, building trust across the organization, recognizing and managing cross-initiative dependencies, properly managing risks and change management, ensuring the program is aligned to deliver a quality project on time.

Knowledge and experience managing projects within the triple constraints: Schedule, Scope, and Budget and experience coordinating the development of Project Plans, Project Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, and management of RAID and Risk logs.

Experience with project management tools such MS Project.
Formal project management or business training and/or certification (Prince 2, PMP, Scrum/Agile, SAFe, Lean).
