If you have applied for a role where you will work on an assignment / contract at one of our clients, there are various documents and notices that as an Employment Business we need to give you to ensure you are fully informed. These documents set out the possible options, which you should discuss in more detail with your Agile Recruit Consultant.
The following apply to those candidates who will provide their services through a Personal Services Company (PSC) (i.e. limited company workers)
The following apply to those candidates who will provide their services through an Umbrella Company. Below are the details for umbrella companies with which Agile Recruit prefer to work. These ‘preferred suppliers’ are heavily vetted as having robust processes and procedures.
Key Information Document – Engaging with Agile Recruit via Umbrella Companies (Giant Professional Limited)
Key Information Document – Engaging with Agile Recruit via Umbrella Companies (Orange Genie Cover Ltd)
Workers may prefer to use another umbrella company of their own choosing but the latter would be unknown to Agile Recruit at this time and would have to be vetted by Agile Recruit before an assignment could start. Consequently we cannot provide their details here.
Regardless of your method of working with us, The Employment Agency Standards (EAS) Inspectorate is the government authority responsible for the enforcement of certain agency worker rights. You can raise a concern with them directly on 020 7215 5000 or through the Acas helpline on 0300 123 1100, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
