AI Engineer Job Profile
AI Engineers develop AI software to automate predictive models for chatbots, driverless cars, recommended searches, translation apps and virtual assistants. They are also responsible for applying algorithms to generate accurate predictions and resolving data set problems.
AI Engineers should be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of data science and experience in a related AI role. They will be asked to use their expertise to enhance the performance of predictive automation software.
AI Engineer Job Requirements
If you want to be successful as an AI Engineer you should have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or another related field
A Masters degree in Computational Linguistics or Data Analytics would be useful
Advanced proficiency with Java. Python and R Code writing
Extensive knowledge of machine learning and AI data models, data structures, frameworks, libraries and software architecture
In-depth knowledge of algorithms, mathematics and statistics
Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management skills
