Scrum Master Job Profile
Scrum Masters are tasked with the leadership and management of product and software development teams. They ensure that these teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices, ensure team efficiency is increased and provide guidance and motivation for process improvements.
Scrum Master’s need to have a firm understanding of agile practices and manage and mentor development teams, including eliminating any team impediments.
Scrum Master Job Requirements
To apply for Scrum Master jobs you should have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field
Scrum Master Certification
At least three years experience in the Scrum Master role
In-depth knowledge of agile methodology, frameworks and techniques
Management and leadership experience
Excellent people and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
